Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs, including:

  • Standard Shipping: Affordable and reliable with delivery times ranging from 5-10 business days within India and 10-20 business days internationally.
  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery for urgent orders with estimated delivery within 3-7 business days for domestic orders and 7-15 business days internationally.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as carrier delays or customs clearance.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days for most orders. 
  • Pre-Order Items: For items marked as “Pre-Order,” please refer to the specific product page for estimated shipping times.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment through the courier’s website or our online tracking portal.

  • Tracking Information: Available for both domestic and international shipments.
  • Delivery Confirmation: Once the product is delivered, a confirmation email will be sent to notify you of the successful delivery.

Customs, Duties and Taxes (For International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and other import fees may be levied by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

  • Customer Responsibility: You, the customer, are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other import fees that may apply upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
  • Delays Due to Customs: Agraneeh Watch Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary based on the destination, shipping method, and other factors beyond our control, such as weather or courier delays. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic Orders (India)
    Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • International Orders:
    Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days
    Express Shipping: 5-10 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates, and actual delivery may vary depending on external factors.

Undelivered or Lost Packages

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or undelivered, please contact us immediately at customercare@agraneehwatch.com We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Lost Package: If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement item, depending on your preference.
  • Incorrect Shipping Address: If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may require additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3-4 business days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a return or replacement as outlined in our Return Policy.
